Новосибирскими полицейскими пресечен незаконный оборот крупной партии фальсифицированной алкогольной продукции. 16 июля инспекторами ГИБДД Межмуниципального отдела МВД России «Татарский» с целью проверки документов на 985 км автодороги «Иртыш» был остановлен большегрузный автомобиль с полуприцепом под управлением 32-летнего мужчины.
В ходе проверки документов и осмотра перевозимого груза было установлено, что сопроводительные документы не соответствуют действительности. Вместо заявленных в документах строительных материалов в автомобиле находилась алкогольная продукция – около 50 тысяч бутылок водки четырех известных российских марок. Автомобиль был задержан и доставлен на стоянку отдела полиции.
В настоящее время проведена экспертно-криминалистическая экспертиза, которая установила, что марки на бутылках перевозимой продукции изготовлены не Федеральным Государственным учреждением «ГОЗНАК».
Возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам состава преступления, предусмотренного ч. 4 ст. 327 УК РФ (Использование для маркировки алкогольной продукции заведомо поддельных федеральных марок). После проведения необходимых следственных действий образцы продукции будут направлены на исследование в экспертно-криминалистический центр ГУ, на предмет определения опасности для здоровья потребителей.
В отношении водителя автомобиля возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 171.1 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации (Перевозка в целях сбыта продукции без маркировки). В настоящее время ему уже предъявлено обвинение и избрана мера пресечения.
В настоящее время сотрудниками Управления экономической безопасности и противодействия коррупции Главного управления МВД России по Новосибирской области проводятся оперативно-разыскные мероприятия, направленные на установление и розыск лиц, причастных к незаконному обороту фальсифицированной алкогольной продукции в особо крупном размере.
