В Усть-Таркском районе перед судом предстанет уроженец Азербайджана по обвинению в покушении на дачу взятки. Прокурор Усть-Таркского района Евгений Манаков утвердил обвинительное заключение по уголовному делу в отношении гражданина Азербайджана Рагима Гулиева. Он обвиняется в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.3.ст.30 –ч.3 ст.291 УК РФ (покушения на дачу взятки должностному лицу, за совершение заведомо незаконных действий (бездействие). Дело расследовано следователем отдела СКР по Новосибирской области. По версии следствия, 13 мая 2016 года Гулиев, осуществляющий на территории Усть-Таркского района Новосибирской области перевозку груза без необходимой документации, предложил сотруднику ДПС ОГИБДД МО МВД России «Татарский» взятку за бездействие вопреки интересам государственной службы, а именно: за непривлечение Гулиева к административной ответственности по ч.2 ст.12.3 КоАП РФ (за отсутствие товарно-транспортных документов на перевозимый груз).

Сотрудником полиции было неоднократно разъяснено ответственность за взятку должностному лицу, однако Гулиев лично передал в качестве взятки 2 тысячи рублей, положив их на письменный стол служебного кабинета. Преступление, совершенное Гулиевым, было зафиксировано оперативными сотрудниками. Гулиев признал вину в совершенном преступлении.

Уголовное дело направлено в Татарский районный суд для рассмотрения по существу.
